Disney's Hollywood Studios, where the Magic of Disney Animation just closed for good. We first take a ride on the Great Movie Ride, which recently underwent numerous changes including onboard audio and new pre-show and post-show films. Then we head to The Magic of Disney Animation on the final day, taking a look at artwork that lined the queue and games inside the building. The Animation Academy has been a guest favorite, but can still currently be found at DisneyQuest. Baymax and Hiro were ending their meet and greet, and we were there for the emotional finale with their Cast Member friends.

We go back a few weeks to our trip to Washington DC, where we rode the Big Bus Tour to see the monuments and city. The one-day ticket included Madame Tussauds, which we hadn't realized - so we ended up hopping off for that. Madame Tussauds in Washington DC is very different than the one in Orlando! It includes all the Presidents, along with many other figures like George Clooney, Kate and William, Julia Roberts and much more. Captain America was there for a brief engagement.

Lunch was at the National Press Club.

After our Big Bus Tour and National Press Club visit, we went to the Newseum for a few hours. This was my second visit. We show a large piece of the Berlin wall, find a Walt Disney cover, and we spent time on each of the floors of the museum. It was a great day!
